Silver SRP-50 ribbing attachment

Silver SRP50 ribber was released to the market in the late 1970s. It is an attachment for the Silver Reed/Silver/Studio/Singer/Riccar/Empisal knitting machines with punchcards and electronic patterning capabilitites (too many to list here).

It is a clone of the Singer SRP50, Studio SRP50, Empisal Knitmaster SRP50 and Silver Reed SRP50 ribbers. Thus, read the corresponding posts abvout pros and cons and other features.

Silver SRP50 ribber, similar to Brother KR830, and KR850, has all-plastic retaining bar, which is a huge advantage: no need to worry about flat sponge in the typical (for most knitting machines) metal retaining bars.

Other ribbers made by Silver/Silver Reed/Studio/Singer are SRP20, SRP60, SRP60N, and SRP70.
