Empisal KR67 ribber is an attachment to an 8-pushbutton Empisal KH67 knitting machine. The ribber itself look idential to the Brother KR551 ribber. That makes me suspect that Empsal KR67 and Brother KR551 might be interchangeable. In fact, the carriage and the needle bed for the Brother KH67 machine look identical to the Brother Profile 551 (except for the buttons: only four on the Brother KH551 model versus eight buttons on the Empisal KH67).
