Silver SK103 knitting machine is a standard-gauge knitting machine, similar to its earlier counterparts, Silver SK-101 and Silver SK-102. Silver SK103 is also identical to the Studio SK103 and Singer 555 knitting machines.
Silver SK103 is a standard-gauge knitting machine with 200 needles, 4.5 mm apart from each other.

This model was released in the early 1960s. Similar to SK101 and SK102 models, its standard setup contains a needle selection mini-carriage. The numbers on the needle selector dial represent the sequence in which the knitters want to select needles. For example, if you want to bring forward to the C position every 8th needle, you place the dial on number 8 and change the lever to C.

However, the carriage for the SK103 model is a bit more advanced and has buttons.

The manual describes in what combination the pressed buttons work to achieve more advanced knitting functions.

Additionally, the lever under the tension dial (called cam lever) has several positions, which also assist in more advanced knitting techniques.
The instructions describe what different positions mean.
Later similar models are Silver SK105, Silver SK106, Studio SK105 and Studio mod. 810.
