Silver Reed SK640 knitting machine.

Silver Reed SK640 knitting machine is a standard-gauge machine with 200 needles, 4.5 mm apart. So far I’ve only seen a model with all Japanese writing. So, maybe this model was only available in Japan.

It is identical to features of the Studio by White SK740 knitting machine (24-stitch punchcard reading capabilities and no intarsia) but without a built-in knit leader.
