Silver Reed SK-101 is a standard-gauge knitting machine with 200 needles, 4.5 mm apart.
It has only basic/manual patterning capabilities. Despite having the same model number as Studio SK101 and Silver SK101, I see some minor differences: Silver Reed SK101 has a built-in row counter (not a slide-in as in Studio SK101 and Silver SK101), screw-on carriage handle, metal toolbox and potentially does not come with a mini carriage for needle selection (or maybe the specific machine below simply did not have it in its setup). Stay tuned as I am finding more. Although Studio SK101 and Silver SK101 have some outdated features themselves (e.g., unfoldable end caps).
The tension mast is of a vintage design, similar to older Brother models, e.g., KH KH521.
