Typical for Brother knitting machines, there is no model number written on the lace carriage, but we can recognize the lace carriage from the KH910 knitting machine by the light brown/cream color combo, matching the general color scheme of the Brother KH910 knitting machine.

This carriage is more complex than the lace carriages for its older sisters, punchcard machines.

There is no certainty whether the lace carriages from the electronic machines can work on the punchcard machines. Well, I tested lace carriage from the KH910 machine on the Brother KH840 model, and knitted beautiful lace. So, they are compatible (watch a video).
