Empisal Knitmaster mod. 100 knitting machine is a standard-gauge machine with 200 needles, 4.5 mm apart. It is capable of only manual needle manipulation so it can knit only basic stitches.

The carriage is very simple too. When I tried to compare this machine to any other model but under a different brand, I could not find anything too close. The carriage has two slides on the left and right and I am not sure yet what their functions are.

The tension mast has a unique setup too: it has a yarn holder attached to it. Another machine with such a tension-mast setup is Empisal Knitmaster mod. 250. Despite a lot of unusual and vintage features, it still has a more modern row counter.

The machine comes without a hard lid but has a Styrofoam insert in which all accessories are stored.

The machine has couple of brochures dedicated to that machine only.

Stay tuned as I am researching more details about this beauty.
