Brother Knit Eldorado Model 35 knitting machine

Brother Knit Eldorado 35 precedes the Brother KH35 model. Thus, it can be assumed that it first appeared on the market in the early 1950s.

There are a lot of similarities between Brother Eldorado 35 and Brother KH35 (like, clip-on round row counter, detachable carriage grip hand, folding metal extension leaves, split sinker plate, etc.).

However, Brother Eldorado 35 is missing some of the more advanced features, like side levers, and slots on the carriage. The sinker plate is still split but Eldorado 35 features screw-on brushes while the KH35 does not contain these giant scres on the top of the sinker plate.

Brother Eldorado 35 has a very unique dark green color, while KH35 has a more typical blue color scheme.
