Toyota KS650 is the only punch-card bulky machine released by this company, and second and bulky-gauge. The first one, Toyota KS610, has only manual stitch-manipulation capabilities.

Toyota KS650 has 110 needles, 9 mm apart. A matching ribber is Toyota KR650.

Toyota KS650 accepts punchcards with a 12-stitch repeat pattern. Its patterning mechanism (with drums) is similar to the Silver/Singer/Silver Reed/Studio as well as Empisal/Riccar machines. In fact, the manual for the Toyota KS650 ribber even mentions mod. 155 knitting machine, which is a model number for the similar Sdutio, Singer and Silver Reed bulky machines.

I have this machine with a ribber and hoping to get it out soon to knit on. So. stay tuned for more first-hand information
