Toyota K600 knitting machine

Toyota K600 is a standard-gauge kitting machine with 200 needles, 4.5 mm apart.

It can accept punchcards (with 12-stitch patterns) to knit various textures and motifs.

Toyota K600 is the same knitting machine as the Toyota Elena 7 model. The cardboard box is marked as “K600” but on the carriage, you can see “Toyota Elena 7” writing.

This machine comes with a standard set of accessories. The row counter is of a vintage style (round) and the carriage handle is removable. Both are stored in a stand-alone tool box.

The original packaging is longer than for knitting machines from other manufacturers….

…because the lace carriage sits inside the cardboard box (and not in the lid like for Brother knitting machines).

Sinker plate has a distinct shape. It is smaller than knitting machines made by other manufacturers at roughly the same time.
