Singer mod. 700 knitting machine is a standard-gauge knitting machine (needles are 4.5 mm apart) with built-in knit leader and capable of patterning and automatic needle selection by accepting punchcards. It also has built-in (into the carriage) intarsia capabilities. It is a wonderful machine all around!
