Empisal mod. 360/260L lace carriage fits most punchcard-based knitting machines manufactured by Silver Reed under Silver Reed, Silver, Empisal Knitmaster, Riccar, Singer and Studio brand names.

One source mentions that it would work with models under numbers SK260, 280, 360, 700 and 740. If you were able to make this lace carriage work on a different model, I would appreciate it if you let me know.

Unlike most lace carriages made by other manufacturers, Empisal mod. 360/260L (as well as LC1, LC2, as well as lace carriages for electronic Studio/Silver Reed/Singer/Empisal machines) knits AND transfer stitches at the same time. As a result, you can see how complex this carriage is compared to lace carriages manufactured by Brother and Toyota.

I am not sure yet what the difference is between LC1, LC2 and this lace carriage: Empisal 360/260L.

There is also an Empisal Knitmaster 360/260L lace carriage. There are some visual differences, but I strongly suspect the functionality is the same.
