Silver Reed LK200 knitting machine

Silver Reed LK200 knitting machine, or La-La LK200, is a plastic flat-bed knitting machine with 140 needles, 6.5 mm apart. It is a mid-gauge machine with only manual/basic stitch manipulation capabilities.

Silver Reed LK200 has features typical to Silver Reed, Studio, Singer, Empisal Knitmaster and Riccar machines: table clamps with elongated tops, and slightly slented row counters. Other features are typical to knitting machines in general.

It was probably only present on the Japanese markets. It is somewhat a hybrid between a very popular Silver Reed LK150 (with a features of a full machine – like two-strand yarn mast with tension, etc.) and a bulkier version Silver Reed LK100 (with the same spring-like tension mast and all other similar to Silver Reed LK200 accessories). Thus, look for recourses on those machines while enjoying the pictures below.
