Phildar D-10 is a vintage knitting machine. It is very likely rebranded Singer 360.02, Superba 360 and/or Singer MK2 (or Singer MKII). (The reason for so many different names is that manufacturers used different model names when selling machines in different countries). The manual can be found here.
