There are several clearly distinct Artisan knitting machines still rotating on the used markets but their model numbers are kind of hidden so it is hard to distinguish. A lot of artisan knitting machines look similar to Singer/Silver Reed/Studio machines: I see similar patterning drums in their punchcard -capable mahcines. Here is what I identified so far. If you can, help me to identify more machines and even post pictures. I and all the mighty knitty machines will definitely appreciate it.
